Caroline manages the induction, ongoing relationship and retention of clients through consistent and reliable service. Over 30 years Caroline has developed experience of diverse sectors and client needs.
Caroline manages the continuous professional development of all staff ensuring the overall competency of the practice with the many changing factors within the accounting and taxation fields.
Caroline’s also responsible for the bookkeeping division and back office procedures of clients. This allows the business principals to focus on the running of their business while we look after the paperwork, complete books and records and manage regulatory matters such as revenue. Caroline understands the many bookkeeping packages available and can advise our clients on the correct one for their needs.
